Bosch EBike Spider Chainring – Classic

What is the Bosch Classic chainring spider needed for?

• The Bosch Chainring Spider is the connecting piece between the Bosch Classic motor and the chainring represent and transmits the drive forces generated by the pedal force.
• Different chainrings can be mounted on the Bosch chainring spider.
• After changing the chainring, the Bosch Spider is bolted to the Bosch motor with the Spider tool and the Lock ring.

To change the chainring, we recommend to disassemble the Spider so that you can easily get to the chainring nuts. To be able to loosen the plastic or aluminum lock ring without damage, you need the Spider tool for Bosch Classic eBikes.
